Online purchases

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the STL files are delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Important Notes

  • Digital Downloads: Our products are instant digital downloads. Once the files are accessed, they cannot be “returned,” which is why we cannot process refunds or exchanges.

  • Preview Carefully: Please review the product descriptions, images, and format details before completing your purchase.

  • File Issues: If you encounter a technical problem with a file (e.g., it won’t open, contains errors, or isn’t print-ready), please contact us. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue by providing support or a corrected file.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may issue a refund or credit if:

  • A file is corrupted or unusable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement

  • You were charged in error or made a duplicate purchase

To request assistance, please contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Screenshots or slicer logs (if applicable)
